After my divorce my ex petitioned the Oregon Court of Appeals to review the lower courts decision regarding the settlement. Ms. Smith fought hard for my case and presented such a great argument that the court sided with us and affirmed the lower courts decision. My ex then tried to take the battle t...o the Oregon Supreme Court where Ms. Smith again argued as to why the case should not be heard. They denied the petition. Through it all, Stacey kept me informed and up to date with all the happenings in a timely manner. I was extremely pleased and would recommend Ms. Smith to anyone needing legal help.
