My husband and I retired three years ago and had not updated our wills for twenty years. We did not know the differences between wills and trusts and which one would be best for us. Our attorney Samantha Brelsford was able to explain the advantages and disadvantages of these options using our financ...ial information and the dynamics of our family. In addition, we established powers of attorney for the management of our property and personal affairs, instructions for the distribution of our personal property, advance health care directives, and our final disposition instructions. Samantha was very knowledgable and was able to help us understand the issues needed for us to make these decisions. I would highly recommend Samantha Breslford as an attorney.
