The probate area can be a feeding ground for unethical lawyers preying on people at their most vulnerable. I learned this lesson before I was redirected to Mr. Huhtanen. He did many hours worth of top quality work for a very reasonable cost. Mr. Huhtanen encouraged me to search around for other ...lawyers and not settle on him during our first phone contact; fortunately I got such a feeling of relief I ignored his advice and hired him anyway. It was the best move I could have made for my family. Rik gave me an estimated cost and he finished this case within that cost frame. He warned me off making certain decisions that he thought were not good ones, and gave me suggestions on how to make this awful emotional process a little easier. I would only use Mr. Huhtanen if (God forbid) I ever had to do this again. This is not a man to sit around and chew the fat while racking up hours on your loved ones clock. He gets to it, does it right and charges a totally reasonable amount.
