When I first saw Michael come from his office and into the lobby area, with the shirt he was wearing and what was on that shirt (he wasn't dressed in a suit), I knew he was the right attorney for my situation. He listened to my spiel and offered up a solution within the first 30 minutes of our sessio...n. He asked important questions that were detrimental to my cause. He's a very likable person and MOSTLY and IMPORTANTLY, down-to-earth. I don't normally go out of my way to recommend people for most anything, but if you need an attorney that give's a darn about you and the problem you come into his office with, MICHAEL is your guy. P.S. and he won't break your bank account either.

Recently, I had some issues regarding business harassment. Out of eight lawyers, Michael was not only the first to fit me into his schedule immediately but provided reassuring legal advice on how to proceed with my case. Admittedly, this had been the first time I had ever had an issue that requir...ed a lawyer, so I was quite anxious, to say the least. However, during the whole conversation, he very patiently waited and listened quite diligently to me as I explained the situation. He then proceeded to offer his views and opinions and even made me laugh a couple of times which helped alleviate some of my anxiety. By acting on this conversation dynamic it allowed me to feel that someone cared for my case and that I wasn't alone in all of this. He has given me peace of mind, and I am happy to say that I feel like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulder. He is a "for the people lawyer" and will definitely help you if he can. I can't stress this enough, but I highly recommended Micheal and will hire him if I have any issues in the future.

During our consultation, Michael outlined clearly the important points and details regarding would likely happen if I would pursue the case. He explained the information I would need to research and gather and the types of arguments that could win the case, also describing what a settlement agreement... might look like. He listened and responded with kindness as I described a situation that brought me personal pain. At the same time, he was firm about what would and wouldn't work if I pursued the case, even if I wished the reality were otherwise. In the end, his helpful guidance led to my decision not to proceed with the case. I would certainly recommend him to others.
