I called for a consultation due to child custody nonsense. I didn’t end up needing to retain him, BUT based on my consultation? I will DEFINITELY be hiring him if needed for the future. Recently, I had some issues regarding business harassment. During our consultation, Michael outlined clearly the important points and details regarding would likely happen if I would pursue the case. He explained the information I would need to research and gather and the types of arguments that could win the case, also describing what a settlement agreement... might look like. He listened and responded with kindness as I described a situation that brought me personal pain. At the same time, he was firm about what would and wouldn't work if I pursued the case, even if I wished the reality were otherwise.
