After spending an hour with this professional, I can confidently recommend him not only for his careful imparting of legal advice, but also for a rare quality of understanding and kindness. His desk was neatly stacked high with file folders, and I know these clients are in good hands. It only mea...nt that he was too busy to take on my case, which he wisely ascertained was too large and complex to fit into his caseload. That did not stop him from taking (extra!) time with me to give me good solid direction, always explaining the limitations of his advice, without knowing the case more fully. He is an excellent communicator, and obviously listened carefully and patiently to everything I told him. I had a previous consultation with another lawyer that was a horribly frustrating experience, and it was so healing just to meet Mr. Cooper. I left his office not only with several suggestions to consider, but also with some excellent advice not to be too hasty to relieve the stress of the situation with so much at stake. Before we parted, I shook off the memory of a couple earlier tears with some shared hearty laughter, and a feeling like I'd made a friend. Thank you so much, Mr. Cooper.
