Logan is extremely knowledgeable. We got his name from a friend that he helped. My friend had a complex situation because things hadn't been handled properly previously and she said Logan worked very hard to unravel the mess. He helped us decide how to proceed in a challenging matter and never tried ...to push litigation so that he could bill more hours. He provided us needed information to make our decision.

Billed for his mistakes. I contacted for a landlord/tenant issue was over charged for multiple mistakes and a job not completed. When I tried contacting with some questions & concerns my emails / phone calls weren’t returned. Felt like he was working for the tenant rather than for me the landlord..., since he wanted to write the tenant another letter; working a deal where I’d let the tenant stay on my property for free for 3 months. I was trying to understand why he wanted to go that route rather than just going ahead with the eviction in court. I ended up terminating the relationship & was billed for being ignored. Bill was basically around $2200 for only serving the tenant a 10 day notice this did not include the summons/complaint which I filed on my own. Simply $2200 for a 10 day notice of nonpayment /non renewal of the lease.
