Carrie Lynn Hellwig

My practice is focused on providing businesses with general business and intellectual property legal advice. I help clients buy and sell corporate assets and ownership interests, structure contracts with customers and suppliers, explore opportunities with potential business partners, and keep proprietary business information and practices protected. I also help with corporate formation and choice of entity decisions as well as offering ongoing business and intellectual property planning advice.  I joined Hershner Hunter in 2008, bringing both large law firm business transactional experience as well as experience being corporate in-house counsel.

I'm a member of the Oregon State Bar and California State Bar.
