As a real estate investor, I've had to deal with several lawsuits, foreclosures, etc. over the years. I feel most confident with Brad in my corner. He's knowledgeable, thorough and definitely doesn't make "seat of the pants" decisions.

Hire Brad Copeland if you want to win!

Brad Copeland came very highly recommended by everyone I asked. He represented my company who was a creditor in a bankruptcy proceeding where we felt the result was going to be a coin toss. Mr. Copeland however had different ideas and when you have a hearing or trial its always nice to have your atto...rney be the smartest one in the room. He's very competitive and takes the idea of losing very personally. He wiped the floor with the debtors attorney and because he knows the law is the guy to get you the good result you are wanting. He's a smart guy and handles complex bankruptcies but only works on the side of the creditors. If you hire an attorney because you want to win then look no further.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
