Kara H Daley

Kara Daley is the most shockingly unprofessional lawyer I have ever encountered. When reaching out to her office with a simple question regarding an extremely serious concern, she ignored and refused to return calls and then went around spreading vicious lies regarding the situation she was being ask...ed about. Paperwork filed by her office contained multiple sloppy errors and contradictory statements leading to a nightmare of a situation (that should have been a very simple and straightforward situation). I remain shocked and appalled at her actions.

I met Kara in 2014 and was so impressed with her and everyone in her office, it was low key. She had a cat that made me very comfortable and calming. I had just gone thru a Suicide of my brother and I was stressed beyond belief when I met her. She was so calming, and spoke to me to assure me thi...ngs were going to be alright. I am 69 years old now and had a problem with strokes and had one in March 2014. Again, this year April, 2015 something came up and she took care of it and again didn't ask for money because it was connected to what happened last year. I would recommend her to anyone esp. the elderly . She has been so kind to me. Thank you, Kara. Pat

My husband and I are reasonably well-educated, but when it comes to wills and trusts, we are babes in the woods. Kara carefully explained the different types of wills and trusts, and suggested which instruments would work for us. Our trust was written with great detail to keep our three children... happy, as well as our beloved assortment of grandchildren, and protect our hard-won assets. We felt good knowing we had done the best job possible for ourselves and our kids. Kara was right there through the whole process. She offered kind and easy to understand ideas, and the end-product is a solid trust that will work for us and for our kids.
