Client

John did an excellent job defending us in a recent contract dispute. He was masterful in his handling of the court room and created opportunities to inform the jurors from our perspective. His line of questioning was thoughtful, and in-depth without being tedious or boring and he did an excellent j...ob bringing witnesses to testify on our behalf. We were very pleased with the Jury's decision.

Highly Recommend

I was referred to John Barlow many years ago to handle my divorce. John and his staff went above and beyond helping me understand Oregon Law. John's ethic when working with opposing counsel is immeasurable, even when I did not want him to "do the right thing". He always has his clients best intere...st in mind no matter what. Both my husband and I have turned to John many times since 2003 to help with other matters in with Labor equity. He will always be honest and forthcoming in any matter you bring to him.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
