I do not recommend hiring Miss Perry! I cannot stress that enough. She is a terrible attorney. She cost me thousands of dollars in lost alimony and child support. There were multiple times she did not file paperwork resulting in a divorce that didn’t go through when both parties thought it did. It t...ook two years to finalize a divorce and was not contested by either party. I am aware of 2 other parties that had the same issues with her lack of filing papers and not communicating effectively. She is not competent or fit to be an attorney. Miss Perry should be disbarred!

I hired Megan to represent me for a parenting time modification in the spring of 2016. During our initial meetings she was kind, sympathetic and personable. However, many months later I began to realize that the legal advice she was providing had set my case up for failure. After following her direct...ion I was held in contempt of court twice and had to appear before the judge to defend my actions. Megan was ill-prepared for those hearings, failed to advise me on what to expect and got schooled by opposing counsel. As a result, I ended up being responsible for some of my ex's attorney fees. I was painted as an alienating parent by my ex and his attorney, I had to hire a new attorney earlier this year and am still in a legal battle 18 months later. Megan's incompetence as an attorney is hidden behind her warm demeanor. As a parent looking out for the safety and well-being of their child I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.

I hired Megan for a custody and support issue. It should have been a fairly quick and simple issue. Now over a year later I have nothing and Megan and her managing partner have decided to no longer represent me because I brought my complaints about her shortcomings to their attention. I inquired why... the many agreements that I signed were not filed correctly. Even after she stated they had been filed and signed by a judge. I was told my case was a done deal and that I should receive it any day now. 6 months later I found out it was never filed, and not followed through with. Megan was very nice and engaging when I met with her, but after our meetings she never followed through with what we discussed. When I would call she would never answer. I had to call daily to get her to reply. She would cancel appointments or simply not show up. She lied or misrepresented the truth multiple times. She is either too busy or just can't handle her job, I don't know which. I am now having to hire a new attorney to fix her mistakes. The new attorney I hired stated that they have gotten many of her old clients. She has apparently done this to a host of other people. She caused tremendous heartache and damages. Her managing partner doesn't care when you bring your issues with her to light. I have now found out, it is because he is her husband and is protecting her and their firm. Do not trust her sparkling personality. She seems genuine and capable, she is anything but that.

Words can't describe how pleased I am with Megan Perry, Joe Elwood and the team at PE&M. They did a thoroughly outstanding job with my case involving child custody, parenting time and relocation out of state. We knew it would be a tough case, but with the team's support, determination and perform...ance we persevered successfully. I am so thankful for Megan's knowledge and execution at the trial. She made me feel comfortable and confident during such a traumatic time. Kelly, Emma and the other assistants were always so helpful. They were quick to respond and were always able to get me appointments in a timely manner, when needed. Every step along the way I was kept informed of the progress and copies of communication between parties were always sent to me. They made the whole process as smooth as possible.
