Mr. Ivers was outstanding in handling our case. He was very professional, highly skilled in handling our hearings and the final trial. We were impressed by his thorough preparation for his presentations and his straightforward way to focus on the major points of what we were trying to accomplish. Accessibility to his office and administrator were also a plus.

Attorney Andy Ivers waded into a messy situation in which our minor daughter was seeking emancipation in order to carry on a relationship with a twenty-three year old man. This situation included multiple false accusations against her parents and grandparents that resulted in three unfounded DHS investigations. Attorney Ivers provided excellent legal counsel and went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. His office staff is efficient, communications were timely, billing was concise. Attorney Ivers spent time investigating the facts behind the case and drew from his vast experience to help us understand the complicated legal world that our daughters actions thrust our family into. On multiple occasions he spent time in conversation with our daughter attempting to encourage her to make different choices for the sake of our family. In addition to conducting himself in a professional manor in court appearances with us we genuinely felt he cared about the future of our family. When faced with the painful crossroads of signing our minor daughters emancipation he drafted a letter for me (the mother) to draw from in the future when we hope our daughter will return to our family. We keep this letter on file so that we will be able to navigate the difficult conversations that we hope will come about when we get to reunite with our daughter some-time in the future.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I have had the opportunity to work with Andy Ivers both as an opposing counsel and also in a case where we were on the same side. In both instances I have found him professional and highly competent. More importantly, he has the rare talent to know when an issue is worth fighting about and when it is a waste of the clients money. In addition I have seen first hand how he cares about his clients. People who hire him are lucky to have him in their corner.
