Ryan Hunt

I engaged Ryan to assist with a real estate transaction dispute and I could not have been more disappointed. In my opinion, his lack of initiative and assertive work on my behalf jeopardized my ability to recover thousands of dollars of repair work and misrepresentation by the seller and real estate... agent involved in my home purchase. He never filed a claim with the seller's insurance (a general contractor who flipped the house), which meant that mediation couldn't proceed on the date scheduled since the seller had not even informed his insurer that there was a potential claim. He charged me over $14,000 for what was primarily administrative work and ultimately reimbursed me $4,000. He isn't worth the cost and I would look to another attorney and another firm for legal representation.

I was pleased with the results. I think the solution for a mediation by a judge with who Ryan and my neighbor's attorney suggested was a good idea. The resolution was adequate. I am pleased there are legal ramifications with violation of the settlement agreement. This neighbor has problems with b...oundaries. The issue with the easement was handled in a fair way. We both cannot park on the easement up to a certain point on our sides of the driveway for more than ten minutes. There was agreement in regards to my installed gate and fence. There was agreement to his future installing of a large gate and his addition to my gate has to be an addition not a small gate. I had only one parking place infront of my house and my neighbor was continually parking there moving so often by moving it back and forward a few feet and back. This had been going on for months. I had to park elses where. This neighbor had plenny of parking space surrounding his own property. This issue was resolved.
