How do you begin to express gratitude and appreciation to Paul Ferder? Not only is he a professional excellent attorney. He is an amazing and admirable man. Paul Ferder represented 3 of my family members. Each case was different, he handled them individually with care and concern. Especially with our... youngest. He gave 100% we’re very thankful for the way he interacted with her and how he fought for her to have a chance at a future although she made mistakes. I know many say they are innocent in our case we went to Paul Ferder twice needing his representation to prove just that. He was non-judgmental and worked at length to prove innocence and be exonerated. It was a relief to know our attorney was actively listening and remained in communication. I hired Paul for various reasons due to a long list of criminal driving screw ups and an assault charge to top it off. I was a nervous wreck when I called him up. His willingness to listen to me made me feel secure. He was not only extremely knowledgeable with all my charges and the law itself, but h...e was so compassionate towards me as a human being. I never felt like I was just a client on his list. In fact, he made me feel like I was his only client and we all know that was not the case. He was always on top of things, studied my case closely, and anytime I called with questions or concerns he took my call if he was available and if he wasn’t, he called back with the most reasonable timing. His communication with me was exquisite. His colleagues knew my case just as well. Their communication amongst each other allowed me to see that they were all on the same page. Even the communication between his secretaries was phenomenal. He was able to get separate cases where both required jail time to run concurrently with each other, giving me way less jail time than what I was looking at. There was no getting around the jail time in my case so to get less time was a huge blessing. He was able to negotiate with the highest respects and get my assault charge dropped to a harassment. He made things easy for me to understand and I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart. I trusted his judgement with my life.
