I know everyone like to post the great reviews and negative ones are usually deleted so the person looks 5 stars! Had very bad experience and poor service with this guy. Took retainer and promised to help, did not do his duties to collect all necessary information for judge to make a proper decision ...and to even try to win the case. Just negotiated the deal with the judge and insisted(by “having no other better choices”) me to plead guilty in my case. Had to hire the other attorney to fight my case which was won. His actions and possibly lack of professionalism made me a “temporary criminal” and he made so that the appeal time passed by no return calls or lack of communication so I had to go thru post conviction trials with criminal charges on me instead of fighting my case, so money were wasted and had to spend more with other attorneys. He is a great money making business guy probably for small or easy cases with quick turnaround times and negotiations instead of fighting your case in trials that he hates and will talk you off of going to trials. He was referred by my friend who he helped to negotiate the charges with judge so my friend was happy with what Mr. Ferder had negotiated. Not in my case. Would not recommend him for these who have difficult case or case that he has lack of practice in. You make your own judgements.

We had the unfortunate privilege of hiring Mr Ferder on behalf of my Son. Mr Ferder quickly responded and went to work on minimizing the consequences my Son was facing. Mr Ferder also was comforting in educating us on all options and processes. Mr Ferder immediately gave us his cell phone number and ...would actually answer our calls, anytime. Paul, as we have gotten to call him, has been so supportive, responsive and compassionate, that I was so compelled to write this review. Paul has continued to support us since we first hired him in 2016. Paul has gone above and beyond in helping with issues that have continued to come up throughout the two + years we have been working with him. Remarkably, Paul has absorbed addition costs where he could have charged us, but chose not to. I highly recommend Paul Ferder as your next defence attorney!

I was in a double homicide case. A very very serious matter. I actually had hired a different attorney before hiring Paul. The best decision I made on my case was hiring Ferder by far. He helped me and my family through and through the tough situations while I was Incarcerated. He came as often as he... could to tell me what was going on and our plans and if I needed to speak with him immediately he was only a phone call away. I was looking at 90 months in prison. I was already a felon and facing 2 more felony charges. Paul got me 5 years probation and a 2nd chance at life. I am forever grateful to Paul. I get to raise my son and be with my family. He is the best around hands down. He does not beat around the Bush he is straight forward, honest and gets to business! If you ever need an attorney and dont know which way to go, go the Ferder way. You will not be disappointed I promise!!

I am still mind blown by the work of this man. I called while in custody on a Thursday he told me he would be there on Saturday to talk to me. On Saturday of all days he sure showed up he told me don't worry about anything everything will be ok. Still worried he asked me do you have any questions I s...aid yes do you do miracles? He said yes he will make a miracle happen. I have 12 theft ones and a criminal history behind that. He showed up to my arraignment and told the DA this is how things were going to work and pretty much demanded my release. Because of him I'm writing this review he is so fair with his price and honestly any money he asks for is worth it. I strongly recommend anyone who is in trouble call him now. I'm so a Ferder believer. Hire him now if your in trouble!!!!!
