Paul M Ferder

I was facing a felony charge with a 2 year prison sentence. My court appointed attorney was able to offer me a felony charge with a suspended sentence and 4 years Felony probation. This was 18 months of back and forth court appearances after court appearances. I walked out of my last appearance an...d called Paul, left a message and was returned with a after hour cell phone call. I was greater with a kind and understanding voice of reasoning that set me at ease. Paul was truthfull and honest with me every step of the way he never told me anything that wasn't the honest truth. I was given a Misdemeanor charge with bench probation unheard of from a Felony. Paul fought for my rights. I am pleased with every step of the way with Paul and his right hand Connie.

Paul is a magnificent person inside and out I’ve known Paul since I was nine years old I was a disadvantage teen all my childhood Paul Has helped me out of the kindness of his heart having a major impact on who I am today now I’m almost 40 find myself needing him one more time I have no problem using... Paul because my family and I trust him with difficult decisions that can alter one’s life and have no problem doing so because he has proved himself over many years to our family to be nothing but the best thank you Paul

I have hired Mr Feeder on at least 2 occasions. Unfortunately, he was simply overwhelmed with cases that he could not take the 3rd one which did not come out so well. Paul has always been worth every single penny I've paid him. He is the one and only attorney I can say that for. Thankfully, I have ...not needed an attorney for quite a few years now. If ever I did need one, Paul is the one & only one I would trust my future liberty with!

Paul has represented me in the past and always did right by me. Thankfully I got my life together and haven’t had to use a criminal defense lawyer in many years. Recently I got myself in some trouble that could have costed me my career I worked so hard to get and much more. The second I got into trou...ble my first instinct was to call Paul. He was on vacation and still took the time to talk to me and schedule an appointment right away and retained him. I never thought for a second to go to anyone else. He is the only one I would trust with my life. Paul was honest with me even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. He always listened to me and answered all of my question. Paul did everything he could for me and it payed off. I could not of asked for a better outcome. Every time we came to a roadblock he would figure out another avenue. Because of Paul Ferder I still have the job I worked so hard to get. I hope to never have to hire a criminal defense attorney again in my life, but if I ever did, I would not go to anyone else. He is more than an attorney he is a special friend to me and my family.

I know everyone like to post the great reviews and negative ones are usually deleted so the person looks 5 stars! Had very bad experience and poor service with this guy. Took retainer and promised to help, did not do his duties to collect all necessary information for judge to make a proper decision ...and to even try to win the case. Just negotiated the deal with the judge and insisted(by “having no other better choices”) me to plead guilty in my case. Had to hire the other attorney to fight my case which was won. His actions and possibly lack of professionalism made me a “temporary criminal” and he made so that the appeal time passed by no return calls or lack of communication so I had to go thru post conviction trials with criminal charges on me instead of fighting my case, so money were wasted and had to spend more with other attorneys. He is a great money making business guy probably for small or easy cases with quick turnaround times and negotiations instead of fighting your case in trials that he hates and will talk you off of going to trials. He was referred by my friend who he helped to negotiate the charges with judge so my friend was happy with what Mr. Ferder had negotiated. Not in my case. Would not recommend him for these who have difficult case or case that he has lack of practice in. You make your own judgements.
