Compassionate & Knowledgeable. The Best.

I hired Paul for various reasons due to a long list of criminal driving screw ups and an assault charge to top it off. I was a nervous wreck when I called him up. His willingness to listen to me made me feel secure. He was not only extremely knowledgeable with all my charges and the law itself, but h...e was so compassionate towards me as a human being. I never felt like I was just a client on his list. In fact, he made me feel like I was his only client and we all know that was not the case. He was always on top of things, studied my case closely, and anytime I called with questions or concerns he took my call if he was available and if he wasn’t, he called back with the most reasonable timing. His communication with me was exquisite. His colleagues knew my case just as well. Their communication amongst each other allowed me to see that they were all on the same page. Even the communication between his secretaries was phenomenal. He was able to get separate cases where both required jail time to run concurrently with each other, giving me way less jail time than what I was looking at. There was no getting around the jail time in my case so to get less time was a huge blessing. He was able to negotiate with the highest respects and get my assault charge dropped to a harassment. He made things easy for me to understand and I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart. I trusted his judgement with my life. I was so grateful to have him on my side and I would hire him again (hopefully I won’t have to) in a heart beat. Paul and his team were truly outstanding. I give them my highest recommendation!

When you need the best

I was facing a felony charge with a 2 year prison sentence. My court appointed attorney was able to offer me a felony charge with a suspended sentence and 4 years Felony probation. This was 18 months of back and forth court appearances after court appearances. I walked out of my last appearance an...d called Paul, left a message and was returned with a after hour cell phone call. I was greater with a kind and understanding voice of reasoning that set me at ease. Paul was truthfull and honest with me every step of the way he never told me anything that wasn't the honest truth. I was given a Misdemeanor charge with bench probation unheard of from a Felony. Paul fought for my rights. I am pleased with every step of the way with Paul and his right hand Connie.

Paul Ferder

We hired Paul to represent our son on multiple charges and several probation violations, most of which our son had already incriminated himself on. Paul did an outstanding job of defending him. Paul negotiated a fair and reasonable deal with a notoriously temperamental DA's office in a different coun...ty. This, despite our son being a witness in another unresolved case that made negotiations very difficult. It was a huge relief to have Paul advocating for him and we were all happy with the results. His professionalism and expertise were obvious to us from the first consult. Paul is genuinely a personable man that cares about his clients. Amazingly, he returns his phone calls the day you call him, and most of the time within an hour or two. His fees were reasonable and did not exceed the discussed rate. He kept us informed and visited our son in jail multiple times, despite having to drive more than an hour each way. He's very reassuring to clients and families going through a tough time. He did all this after having to clean up a legal mess left over by the court appointed attorney. What Paul did for our son was nothing short of a work of art. Hopefully we won't need his service again, but if we do, his will be the only number we call.

Client

Paul has represented me in the past and always did right by me. Thankfully I got my life together and haven’t had to use a criminal defense lawyer in many years. Recently I got myself in some trouble that could have costed me my career I worked so hard to get and much more. The second I got into trou...ble my first instinct was to call Paul. He was on vacation and still took the time to talk to me and schedule an appointment right away and retained him. I never thought for a second to go to anyone else. He is the only one I would trust with my life. Paul was honest with me even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear. He always listened to me and answered all of my question. Paul did everything he could for me and it payed off. I could not of asked for a better outcome. Every time we came to a roadblock he would figure out another avenue. Because of Paul Ferder I still have the job I worked so hard to get. I hope to never have to hire a criminal defense attorney again in my life, but if I ever did, I would not go to anyone else. He is more than an attorney he is a special friend to me and my family.

Excellent Representation

I was recently put in a very unfamiliar situation and needed an attorney. Paul was recommended to me. He was an excellent communicator, responsive and most importantly, was relatable in explaining my situation and offering assistance. I was incredibly pleased with the outcome he was able to accompl...ish and would highly recommend him.
