Outstanding Administrative Attorney

I hired Kevin to represent me after finding out that my application for a professional engineering licensure had been forwarded to the law enforcement committee rather than the intended qualifications committee, a rather shocking revelation to say the least. Kevin’s thirteen year experience as an As...sistant Attorney General for Oregon State licensing boards coupled with his impeccable professionalism was exactly the advocate I needed to help guide me through the complex and obscure administrative law and process governing professional licensing boards. Intelligent and focused, Kevin’s uncanny ability to assimilate and articulate relevant case details in a down to earth manner, gave me and everyone else a greater clarity of the law and process involved. As a result of Kevin’s advocacy, I now have my professional licensure and standing restored within the state of Oregon. I enthusiastically recommend Kevin to any professional dealing with licensure issues in the state of Oregon.

Excellent Probate/Trust Litigator

When my mother died, her assets were placed in a trust and there were significant issues with the Trustee and his questionable dealings. I hired Kevin to represent me and get the best possible settlement. He filed suit against the Trust and Trustee, conducted depositions, and during the process inc...orporated the Probate into my lawsuit. Kevin successfully defended the lawsuit and several attempts by the Trustee to have the lawsuit thrown out. In the end he negotiated for me and the rest of the family an excellent settlement which would not have been possible without litigation. Furthermore I avoided a trial and related costs. Kevin was easy to work with and professional. I was very pleased with the final settlement and the resulting legal fees.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
