Above and Beyond!

Chris and his team are tremendously dedicated to helping. They have the patience and skills to navigate the hardest and most frustrating things with the divorce process. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. You get what you pay for with attorneys, and Chris is worth and every penny.

Nickle and Dimed

I hired Chris with a nice size retainer to execute divorce, had a heart change , and wanted to pursue the possibility of reconciliation with my wife, with the barrier of a restraining order in place. Between The unnecessary subjective advice on the matter and the pass off between 2 different legal... assistants, not only did his operating procedures cause a Ton of unnecessary attorney rate charges but mental anquish and basically bled out the 6500 dollar retainer in less than 6 months. Nothing got accomplished by him, except my self doubt and vacsiltation. Example : in Chris's summtion" I'd say your wife hates you." My desire to try to reconcile was utterly foolish to him and, I felt less than, in an already emotionally vulnerable place in my life. My own intuition dismissed, all the while lining this attorneys pocket. The entire time spent in the attorney client relationship felt uncomfortable to express and difficult to communicate from the heart as not only will you deal 3rd party, all the time with his legal assistants , then you will receive a delayed, rushed, brief back , from Chris himself. Not to mention the amount of personal time you will spend just to make contact calling to schedule avaliable time slots with the assistants Peet and repeat ,cha ching, cha ching. Luckily my story ended well , turns out , my wife made some emotional decisions she regretted and she did still love me. Inspite of how it looked legally. The retainer may have been more of a moot point had I felt advised with any kindove of acknowledgement for what I was experiencing, but rather The vibe in general is you are the meal ticket on steroids, nickel and dimed. Next orderve please. Won't return, will not recommend.

I didn't know I needed SAVING

I thought my divorce would be easy and clear cut. I thought I didn't need a lawyer early on because there was communication between the ex and I. I was wrong and so grateful for Chris and his team! They saved me when I didn't think I needed saving. Chris is blunt and straight forward. He will no...t spare your feeling and his approach will save you money. His team is extremely good at what they do. Stephanie (paralegal) caught a few of my drunk texts questions late at night. She became the friend I needed during a difficult time with simple validating comment during the worst parts. Her personal touch and hard work should be mirrored throughout the firm. Never did I once feel like this office did not have my best interest at heart. I also dont feel like they wasted any of my money and settled my case as fast as possible. I will use them again should I require legal help.

Chris & Stephanie are amazing!

I am so glad that I had Chris in my corner navigating with me through a modification/custody/child support case. He was worth every penny and gave me absolute peace of mind as I went through the very daunting process. With him by my side, I reached the outcome that I wanted! He helped me every step o...f the way. Stephanie was also a rock star, answering my questions at every point of the process. She gave me peace of mind, helped me through all of the details, and generally just made a horrible process that much easier for me. I'm so thankful for this team! You absolutely want them in your corner when dealing with your own case.

The best advice...

The best advice I've heard recently is you will never regret hiring an attorney. My experience is proof. I attempted to resolve my divorce quickly and amicably. It comes as no surprise that that is not always possible. Without legal representation I had stressful exchanges and looming unknowns - - as... well as many sleepless nights. I am thankful to have had access to Mr. Casebeer's many years of experience and expertise. Chris, Kandi, and Stephanie ensured the proper steps were taken. Having them to as a resource made navigating my divorce infinitely more simple and the outcome significantly better than had I continued alone. Do not go through your divorce alone. They are worth every penny, many times over. You will not regret it.
