Needed the BEST and that is what I got

The end of a 39 year marriage is like a death, the family is shattered, the grandchildren confused and the old family traditions at holidays are no longer. Now throw into the mix a personal business you started from scratch 20 years ago, try to keep the personal feelings and the business feelings se...parate. I contacted a family friend who was an estate attorney and ask for a recommendation, he said you need the best and that is Chris Casebeer. I was 64 at the time and fighting to keep my business which was my future retirement. Mr. Casebeer requires that you are an active participant in your case. He requested so many documents that I felt overwhelmed at times. It took over a year for a court date and I wanted to give in so many times and settle just to get it over with. Mr. Casebeer and his staff kept giving me encouragement to not give up. Mr. Casebeer and his team of assistants work so well together and kept me informed of all updates and changes. They put all the information I gave them into one detailed binder and Mr. Casebeer was ready for the show to begin. He was prepared, professional in both appearance and presentation. I was so surprised at how he put the evidence together, everything so orderly he didn't have to search for a document or picture. Many times he would bring up a point that left my husband speechless,. Bottom line ...my husbands attorney wanted to settle during our lunch break. I would recommend Mr. Casebeer to anyone going through a divorce, he was very supportive emotionally as well as his excellent staff. I can't thank them enough.

"Mr. Casebeer and I have worked together for over 25 years. He has maintained my respect as well as the respect of our entire legal community during that time. He is knowledgeable, knows how to attain a client's reasonably stated goals, and is absolutely to take the case to trial if that is what is necessary to protect and support his client. The legal community has recognized his skill and integrity by strongly encouraging him to continue service as a judge. He is an excellent attorney."
