Excellent Service!

I hired Richard Walsh after an automobile accident in which my car was rear ended. I did not have much time left before the statute of limitations, so Rich and his assistant, June, worked tirelessly to assist me before the deadline. My injuries were primarily soft tissue which made the case more cha...llenging. Rich met with me in person several times and gave me as much time as was needed. He and his assistant returned my emails and phone calls promptly. In fact, they often contacted me after working hours. Rich and June are both extremely experienced and professional yet approachable. They completed an impressive amount of research and explained all the details thoroughly. They even contacted my medical providers and advocated for reduced bills which they achieved! After two years of several types of therapy, I had my bills paid, my out of pocket expenses recovered and additional money to take home. I felt supported throughout the entire process. I am very thankful to Rich Walsh and his firm!

Puppy

We hired this attorney to handle my no fault car accident. It was a long drawn out case we both had the same auto insurance it took almost 3 years to get the settlement then after the main personal settlement was done which ended with 100%. He went for the UIM against my insurance this did not take l...ong at all and ended with 100%. I was very pleased with his staying with me through the drawn out case and all he did for me. He is an excellent Attorney.

Highly Recommend!

Mr. Walsh handled my daughter's accident and we were very pleased with his representation. I have referred many family and friends to him, and will continue to use his services in the future (but let's hope we don't need to).

Auto Accident Attorney.

After my auto accident I was overwhelmed and Mr Walsh took all of the stress from me and handled everything with aplomb. The minefield of negotiation with insurance companies became a non-issue once I spoke with Mr Walsh at the beginning. He is an excellent attorney and he kept me informed through...out the process. He is a consummate professional and a wonderful asset to have in your corner.

A very Positive Experience!

One would hope they would never be in a situation to where a personal injury attorney was needed. But when that time does arise it is nice to know that there is a law firm in our area that will come to the aid of even the most nieve individual and put them at ease in a process that is probably going... to take many months to solve. Walsh and Associates in Keizer is just such a firm. Mr. Walsh not only put us at ease, but reassured us that these cases can take a long time and can go many different ways. BUt during the entire time the firm made us feel that our case was in good hands and being dealt with in our best interests.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
