Life Changing Lawyer and staff

After being crushed in my car by a lady who ran a stop sign, I was injured. The lady who hit me denied liability and the case became instantly complicated. Mr. Walsh went out to the accident site in the wee hours of the morning to access the wreckage and to help determine fault. (I’ve never heard... of a lawyer doing this) His observations confirmed her negligence and he went full steam ahead on my case. With a complicated medical history to weed through, Mr. Walsh and his staff never got discouraged. At the end of more than a year of intense medical rehabilitation, I didn’t have to face even more stress with insurance companies or outstanding medical bills. Mr Walsh and his staff took care of EVERYTHING and then some. In the end, Mr Walsh obtained an award for full policy limits of $300,000 for me. It was a miracle. I don’t know why anyone would ever go to any other lawyer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Excellent

Aside from being very professional and polite, Richard took care of 100% of the details involving my case. I did not have to deal with any obnoxious phone calls from insurance agents or the like, because all of their phone calls were directed to Richard. His staff are friendly and helpful as well, ma...king the overall experience a pleasant one.

Very Pleased and Grateful.

I hired Richard Walsh to handle a personal injury claim. The case had a slue of points against it, the records were massive, the liens and complications my case had were undesirable to any lawyer out there, but Richard handled it with skill, diligence, selflessness, charm, patience, professionalism, ...and I would definitely recommend him if you want to get the most success out of your case! His staff are relentlessly hard-working (at all hours), pleasant, caring, personable, communicate clearly (every time), and will lead you to feeling supported, educated, validated, and important to them. They earned their 5 stars with extra hard work, going the distance and remaining human and approachable, yet ruthless when necessary. Thank you Rich and team. ~Happy, impressed client...

Highly Recommend

I was involved in an MVA in 2012 with multiple vehicles and insurers. Mr. Walsh was very professional and diligent in his representation. He was always available to answer questions and guide me through the process. I was very pleased with the final outcome, and will certainly use his services if ...needed in the future.

Great Injury Attorney

I had a minor car accident in 2012 through no fault of my own and the insurance company fought me for paying my medical bills after a few months so I hired Richard Walsh. He was very informative, and explained things in detail so it was understandable from a clients point of view. He fought and fou...ght for me. I had a previous injury and even though it looked bleak he tried helping me anyway. It was a relief not having to fight the insurance companies on my own since I was in extreme pain a lot of the time. I still am! But, he upon agreement with me, got me a settlement, and it was enough to be able to help me a lot at that time with our predicament in life. Jill was so kind and helpful in explaining things also when Richard wasn't available which is so refreshing in the times we are living in, when people do not usually take the time to communicate effectively. That is what I appreciated the most about them was their compassion for my pain, their details with what I could and couldn't do any longer due to the accident and the way they handled the whole case! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney for these reasons! Thanks Mr. Walsh and Jill!
