Unreliable

We had to file two cases with the court because the first time he didn't submit the information to the court within the time period needed. To top things off, he was asking us to pay again to file the bankruptcy when it was his mistake.

Lazy, Won't respond to calls once he has your money, Constant mistakes, Missed court mandated filing dates

This is the lawyer botched our bankruptcy filing so much. We finally started emailing the court trustee directly to get answers because we would call and always got his secretary who ALWAYS had an excuse for his absence and promised to relay the message for a call back which was never returned. We ...would leave up to 3 calls a day with no call back. We are in the process of the end of our bankruptcy and still can't get any responses. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY

Suspension - Interim issued in OR, 2010

updated on 02/22/2012

Interim suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice during a disciplinary investigation. The suspension typically expires when the investigation is resolved.

Reprimand issued in OR, 2002

updated on 02/22/2012

This means the lawyer did something wrong but the bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
