Biography
Attorney Marc W. Gunn is proud to provide professional legal representation to his clients throughout the State of Oregon. For over 24 Years Marc has proven to be a skilled advocate for thousands of clients. Marc has successfully defended individuals charged with some of the most serious crimes in Oregon. Marc has a reputation of being a strong advocate for his clients and for obtaining excellent results. Marc believes that every client is unique and every case deserves individual attention.
Marc is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the State of Oregon, the Oregon Federal District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
On a personal note, Marc decided to become an attorney after spending two years in Brasil. During his time in Brasil he gained a new appreciation for the Constitution, and for the Freedoms we enjoy in America. He wanted to work to protect that way of life and to be part of protecting those freedoms. In a small way, working with individulas facing serious legal issues, and in particular, helping those facing complex criminal charges, helps him reach that goal.

Best decision i ever made.
In January of 2019 I got a DUII. I had never been in trouble with the law before. I am so glad I hired Marc to defend me. He was with me every step through the court process, And on top of that got my careless driving ticket dismissed. I highly recommend Gunn &Gunn Law Firm.
