While spending two years in Argentina on a church mission, I realized the importance of having an advocate. Several people in Argentina were living with little hope and little recourse to handle daily problems.
When I returned home, I noticed people in the United States living without an advocate and not knowing where to turn regarding their every day problems.
At that moment, I decided to become a lawyer to help people who cannot help themselves.
My desire is to point people in the right direction and use my legal training to be an advocate for others.

"Brian Lathen is one of the highest quality attorneys in the field of personal injury and similar claims. Not only does he have a wealth of experience and knowledge, but he is also never one to back down from a fight. If he feels his clients are being low-balled, he does not hesitate to take it to trial. In my practice, people ask which attorney I would use for a personal injury case. The answer invariably is Brian Lathen and his team. They are kind, communicative, and they produce results. I highly endorse and recommend him."
"I have known Brian for a number of years. Our firm routinely refers our clients to Brian and his law firm to assist with personal injury and wrongful death matters. He has always treated our clients in a professional, dignified manner and achieves excellent results."

He gets excellent results for clients and is extremely personable and likeable. I think anyone who works with him will enjoy the experience and be well served."
"Brian is an excellent advocate for his clients. He aggressively represents personal injury victims and fights for their rights. He is a skilled trial attorney who cares about his clients."
"I endorse this lawyer's work. He is very professional and will work hard to get the best result for his clients. I trust him enough that I would send my own mother to him."
