When you have legal issues and questions I work to find solutions and give informative advice. Everyone's legal situations are unique and I enjoy helping people get an outcome they are happy with, whether it is through negotiation, litigation, or preventative measures. I founded Garcia Law, LLC, in Salem, Oregon's capital city. While my main office is located in Salem, I serve the entire Oregon community and frequently make appearances in various courthouses all over the state. As part of my practice I make use of modern technology when working with clients which increases efficiency, provides better communication, and saves clients time and costs.

Wish I could give less than one star
If you want an attorney who is more interested in running up the bill than known what he's doing, this is the guy for you!

Literally, did NOT even bother to answer his phone when I called!
No thanks! Your entire job is answering the phone. Hire someone to do this. What does my $300 dollars an hour go towards, if not a secretary who will answer the phone when I need it, at 10 AM on a Tuesday! This is highly unprofessional. You have lost my business.
