My wife and I initially retained Mr. Sayeg in a matter related to preparation of a Trust, based on the recommendation of our accountant. Mr. Sayeg prepared the Trust in accordance with our plans. He also brought to light and helped us understand and address many facets of the Trust that we had not ...considered. In a second retention, Mr. Sayeg provided advice and guidance regarding our purchase of a property that adjoined our residence. In a third matter, Mr.Sayeg structured an easement for the property described above to allow an adjoining property owner to construct a driveway, partly on our property for access to his property. Mr. Sayeg put iron-clad specifications into the easement to limit the spatial extent of the easement. When the driveway being constructed exceeded the limits of the driveway, Mr. Sayeg stepped in on our behalf and took action to force the owner of the property to restore the area the owner had damaged and imposed stiff conditions to limit a subsequent intrusion.
