Mr. Evans is an experienced attorney with over 40+ years of experience representing individuals, families, farmers, ranchers, and business owners with their estate planning, wills and trusts, probate, real estate, and business legal needs.
Mr. Evans is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association (OSB), OSB Agricultural Law Section, OSB Estate Planning and Administration Section, OSB Elder Law Section, OSB Business Law Section, OSB Real Estate and Land Use Section, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council, as well as the Marion County Bar Association.
Mr. Evans volunteers his time as a mentor for Willamette University School of Law students, and as a Oregon State Bar Association mentor for young lawyers.
Mr. Evans lives in Salem, Oregon with his wife and his two children. He enjoys snow skiing, water sports, motorcycles (dirt) and mountain bikes, hiking, and camping.
