He was hired to care for my father. Because he's also an attorney he charges twice as much as the other conservators. His staff are incompetent and over paid bills the same way the bookkeeper embezzled from my work. He wrote notes to my father and had him sign them to protect himself or manipulate dad. He likes to set traps or tests to get the family and friends in trouble. He is easily threatened by family or friends trying to help. He made the whole experience a hundred times worse than it needed to be. When he was hired to make things better. His main goal is run up his bill.

This attorney was appointed the trustee for my grandmother's estate. He dragged out the case for over seven years and didn't close the case until he and his office had depleted the estate of every dime. He did nothing to protect the estate against fraudulent claims against it. I would not recommend Mr. Dorszynski.

Robert Dorszynski was highly recommended by social services agencies regarding a complicated problem regarding my mentally ill father. He is accustomed to dealing with dysfunctional families, and maintains a high level of professionalism in confronting difficult problems in a pragmatic and cost-effective manner. Compared to the fees that other attorneys with less expertise have charged me, Robert Dorszynski is very reasonable. Don't expect him to give you a blow-by-blow update of every detail he's dealt with for you, but he did make conscientious decisions in my case, and request court approval in deciding issues between me and my family members when the estate planning documents were ambiguous on some points. All in all, I was very pleased with the counsel we received from him.
