Another nonlabor attorney who I knew was great, recommended Larry for my work situation. First, I was quickly blindsided by my long term employer and new company and quickly realized they are not messing around and I have to have and need a good attorney to guide me and give me advice on if I have a... case and/or what I should do, and I only had 7 days to decide, really the rest of my life.. Larry called me personally by the next afternoon, a Thursday and we had a 2 hour appt set up by that Monday. My friend and I took up Larry's whole afternoon, over 5 hours of his time discussing all the complexities of my case. Not only did he seem patient with me and I didn't feel rushed at all, even though I went way over what appt said, he acted like he had all night for me too if I needed. What I loved about Larry, is he forthrightness and hard core questions. He was hard core at times, and that is exactly what I needed, as I realized I didn't have all my "unlawful data quickly accessible, fumbled at times and what I thought was illegal was really just unethical. I finally showed factual data and information about 3-5 truly illegal things they would be doing by firing me if I so decided to try to stick it out. Towards the end, came the key question he asked that made me feel good about my decision that he helped me make, "What would you like to see out of this as an outcome?" He was wisely determining at the end of the day, do I want their money, do I want them to be exposed, ultimately what do I want out of this.? Once I quickly told him, he even quicker stated, "well that's not going to happen" and then kindly stated if it was him he would change my offered contract for me, ask for more money and see what they say. He even said after all my fees to him and time and my health issues, it would not be worth what is being presented here and nothing I do opposite of this advice is going to get me the outcome I ever want. By exactly one week after realizing that I needed a lawyer, I was turning in a signed document with a well drafted email by Larry that pretty much got all my changes and requests that I asked for. He worked magic for me and only knowing me and my info for 5 hours and did all in less than one week. Never did I think I would have time to even see a lawyer, let alone have him do all this work, in such a short amount of time and give me the piece of mind I made the right choice. That was over 2 months ago and I am still raving about Larry, when you need a tell it like it is, no nonsense, straight shooter, knows what he is talking about lawyer, look no further!! Thank you again Larry!!
