My business practice consists of representation in business formation, record keeping, contract and other document preparation, corporate record keeping, and dispute resolution. I also handle businesses transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, stock sales/purchases, asset sales/transfers.

I represent clients in all sorts of real estate transactions. My real estate practice focuses on commercial transactions, but I also help individual consumers with their residential transactions.
