This firm is the worst I've ever dealt with in my lifetime personally

Horrible experience. I've never had any legal experience that was so unprofessional with this firm. The attorney was completely unprepared for the hearing. They lost my case in court. I would never reccommend them or even think of using their completely unuseful so called services again. If I could r...ate with a minus on this app believe me I most certainly would do so! Do your homework online and research the reviews of this firm before hiring. BEWARE.

Failure to represent

I did not get any response from anyone in this office, let alone Kevin once he had me sign the agreement to be represented by them which was May 21, 2014. I had to do all the paperwork myself, and keep following up with SSI. I found out Sept 26, 2014 that I was denied. I only found this out because I... had called SSI to let them know I am having a cat scan and seeing a spine specialist this week. That was when I was informed that a denial letter had been mailed to me dated Sept.16, 2014 as well as a copy mailed to my attorney. I feel this is poor practice on Kevin's part, & the few times I did call, I was treated so rudely. Since I was denied, I feel that he didn't even bother to let me know since it is no money for him.

helped me out of a bad situation and won my case

I had an appalling time with the attorney I had prior to Mr. Kerr for reasons too numerous to list here. I came to Mr. Kerr after 5 years of fighting to win my case and having almost lost hope of it ever being resolved. SSD apparently had said (this was conveyed to me by my old attorney) that my case... was very difficult and would take a very long time because I had lived abroad in the U.K. from age 23-29, all of my working years. During that 5 years, before finding Kevin, despite my repeated questioning no one was able to so much as tell me even roughly how much money to expect should I win, only that it may be substantially less than usual (they couldn't really say what usual is) because I had lived abroad. It felt impossible to so much as get basic information from my attorney or SSD about anything at all and my old attorney did not seem to care in the slightest or want to help in the least. I finally went to Kevin and suddenly everything seemed easy. He did his job in a professional and competent manner gathering without any assistance from my previous attorney(who had not done anything anyway), everything needed to win my case, including all of my numerous medical records. He efficiently did all the jobs that my previous attorney had argued with me for so long about doing and within 3 months of hiring Kevin, he had won my case for me. I am more thankful to him than he could ever possibly imagine for his support and I am so grateful that I found him when I did. I had been through the ringer with SS and my previous attorney and, like magic, he stepped in, won the case for me, and helped me put the whole nightmare behind me.

I can not attest to Kevin him self, but... His firm over all.

I had this firm for a couple years supposedly working on my SSDI Case, I did receive a little, though very little contact from them over all, the phone contact I had with receptionists and Legal Assistances was almost always.. Curt at best. Over the span of time I found that they seemed to be doin...g very little at all, my personal situation worsened, and I decided to pursue an different Law Firm, I requested that Schneider Kerr withdraw from my case (fired them), and that they supply me with my Withdraw without Fee documentation (as it is an SSDI case they clearly informed me that they do not collect till, and unless the Case is won). Well, they have yet to send me my Withdraw without Fee, I requested maybe four to six months ago, via multiple requests (e-mail, written, phone), the only thing they sent me was an copy of request for Fees, to the SSDI courts. Over all, I would have to say that at least with me, this Firm has been rude, dis-honest, lacking in action, and over all, not representative of what they state they will be like. In fact, my time with them has become an great hindrance on my SSDI case.
