2005 and 2006 IRS Audit Reconsideration

Clients had been trying to resolve a $109,00 IRS liability themselves. The liability was from 2005 & 06, and the clients had been working the matter themselves without success from 2007 to 2011. Duri ... ng that time, IRS withheld over $30,000 in refunds from latter years and began pursuing wage levy. Clients retained me in April 2011. I filed Audit Reconsideration that same month. Matter was resolved by mid July 2011.
