Olivia Wotman

Olivia Wotman is a member of the Oregon and Washington bars. She graduated at the top of her class, magna cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law and received her B.A. in psychology from the University of California Santa Barbara. While at Gonzaga, Olivia earned CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for receiving the highest grades in Legal Research and Writing I, II and Advanced Legal Research, among other distinct honors.

While in law school, Olivia was very active in the community, serving in a number of leadership roles, including President of the Student Organization of Victims Advocacy and Student Representative of the WSBA’s Juvenile Law Section. She also volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children in dependency proceedings. Olivia remains active in the community by volunteering at St. Andrew Legal Clinic, and serving as a Director of HeartSoul Horses Helping Humans.

Practice Emphasis

Prior to joining the firm, Olivia was a judicial extern for the Honorable Rosanna Malouf Peterson in U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Washington. Later on, she practiced employment and labor law in Washington and Oregon, which provided extensive experience in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy. Olivia understands the importance of collaboration and resolving challenges in an effective and timely manner. Her prior experience as a CASA and navigating tenuous labor relationships solidified her ability to handle emotionally charged issues while providing the necessary support to her clients.

Personal

Olivia enjoys spending time with her family, horseback riding, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
