Among others, I represents business owners, property owners, developers, contractors, design professionals, appraisers, material suppliers, insurers and sureties.

In addition to handling numerous types of construction and commercial litigation (including lien claims, bond claims, contract disputes, design and defect claims, business tort claims and shareholder disputes), I also represent individuals and entities in various business and real estate matters. In addition to helping clients avoid and resolve disputes, I assist clients to negotiate and close commercial and real property transactions, help corporate clients to efficiently maintain and operate their businesses, and advise clients regarding various insurance matters.
