I have been practicing law for 41 years and am a native Oregonian. I specialize in estate planning primarily through the use of Revocable Living Trusts. I am a certified Loving Trust Attorney and a founding member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Willamette University College of Law, graduating in 1971.

I am a member of the Oregon State Bar and admitted to practice before all the Courts in the State of Oregon and the United States Federal Court. Our primary office is in the Johns Landing neighborhood of Portland, OR, and a secondary office in Eugene, OR. My wife and I recently relocated to the Portland area, to be near our three daughters and six grandchildren.
