IThe first time I was rear ended my daughter went on line and got a list of attorneys. For some reason Mr Ruffs name stood out much more than the TV attorneys so I called him. He took my case. Less than 2 months later I was rear ended again. Then 3 years later once again was rear ended. I have gone w...ith Mr Ruff every time. While my third case is still ongoing I know he will do right by me this time as he did the other two times. So very pleased with the way I have been treated respectfully and with his results. He is laid back, not stuffy and very honest and upfront. Will definitely refer others to him and God forbid I ever get hit again will always use him
