Biography
With a deep commitment to helping families navigate challenging transitions, Jessica Ramirez-Rose combines her background in family law and child welfare in her work at Posey Legal, PC. A graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, she has experience in all areas of family law, including dissolution, custody, dependency, and grandparents’ rights.
Before joining Posey Legal, Jessica worked as a Child Protective Services caseworker for the Oregon Department of Human Services. That experience deepened her understanding of the systems that impact families and informs her compassionate, practical approach to helping clients reach the best outcomes for themselves and their children.
During law school, Jessica externed for Oregon Supreme Court Justice Lynn Nakamoto, where she gained valuable insight into appellate practice and judicial decision-making.
Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her wife, their two dogs, and two cats. They love family hikes, road trips, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. Jessica is also a lifelong learner and avid reader.
