This guy is a sham. My mother would call him a shister. He made me do most of the work while I felt like I was dying. Though the whole time saying oh we're going to win this and blah blah blah,. Get this get that. then when it came to it. He sent some dud w/me the day of that I never met before... and he didn't have a clue of my case. The state said a bunch of lies and I was in disbelief the whole ordeal was even happening. I felt like I was prosecuted without any one to defend me though you KNOW he would of raped me blind if I had won. A year later I had two heart attacks. I got SSI and lost all my funds I had in accrued all together in SS. I would never recommend him as a attorney he doesn't care about you trust me. He'd only care about what he could get from you financially. A man is only as good as his words and actions and he gets zero on both. DON'T DO IT

Jim has helped us with some very tough and ongoing workers comp, personal injury and Social Security issues. My husband and I are very happy that we found his practice once again, (a few years after another attorney lied to us regarding Mr Dodge not being in business any more) for that we will be for...ever thankful. His practice as a whole is terrific and we will not go anywhere else as long as he is still available. He is a down to earth attorney and is not in the least bit arrogant and is not afraid to let you know that his family is a very importand part of his life. In one word I would say he is magnificent!!!!!! Thanks once again to everyone in his practice, we couldn't get through this without you. Pat and Diane
