His experience really shows!!!

My husband's claim was closed by another attorney before I came with Jame Dodge. James did everything he could to help on my husband's claim. Even though there was no compensation, Mr. Dodge showed us that he cared and it wasn't about the money. Mr. Dodge explained how everything was closed, somethin...g that the other attorney did not do very well.

Highly recommended by the Parent of a Minor client

Never having had the need for a WC attorney before, I wasn't sure where to go when my minor child was injured at her job and suffered a Brain Injury. We met with Mr. Dodge, and retained him. He was personable, understanding, knowledgeable and compassionate. All qualities that are important to a paren...t when someone is dealing with their child. Mr. Dodge took the time to meet with us, discuss the situation, identify potential courses of action to take, and worked with us every step of the way. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. He always had the best interests of my daughter in the forefront of the case. Not only did he provide guidance and assistance to us while we muddled through the situation, he identified that her employer was a "non-compliant employer" not only protecting my child, but current and future employees of the company she worked for. The things we learned through our experience with Mr. Dodge - He will go to bat for you. He will be honest with you - you may not always like what he has to tell you, but it is what you have to know, and hear - it is the truth. If he feels that he can't win your case, he will tell you. If he feels he can, he will tell you that too. You can always count on him telling it like it is. I highly recommend Mr. Dodge, and have actually referred 3 other people to him as well as my daughter on another issue. If you need a WC attorney, he is your man.

Find someone else who's reputable

This guy is a sham. My mother would call him a shister. He made me do most of the work while I felt like I was dying. Though the whole time saying oh we're going to win this and blah blah blah,. Get this get that. then when it came to it. He sent some dud w/me the day of that I never met before... and he didn't have a clue of my case. The state said a bunch of lies and I was in disbelief the whole ordeal was even happening. I felt like I was prosecuted without any one to defend me though you KNOW he would of raped me blind if I had won. A year later I had two heart attacks. I got SSI and lost all my funds I had in accrued all together in SS. I would never recommend him as a attorney he doesn't care about you trust me. He'd only care about what he could get from you financially. A man is only as good as his words and actions and he gets zero on both. DON'T DO IT
