Gardner Ashmanskas

Gardner explained everything to me I was unclear about: his strategy, possible outcomes from the other team, and what he was hoping for...which was to win my case. Obviously, when dealing with CPS, a parent does not have many options, but he gave me sound suggestions and encouragement. Even if I did... not always like my options, he broke it down in a way that was easier to take in. If he was not going to be present, he made sure a qualified member of his staff would be and that they had been thoroughly breifed on my case. He knows how to do his job and does it well. All of his staff are qualified and are not shy about doing their job well... I cannot say thank you enough for all his effort. He pulled off a miracle. Hopefully, I am never in a situation where I need him again, but if I am, I would not want any other lawyer. Funny guy who talks way too much, but deinitely one in a million.

He has been my lawyer for over 5 years now. He has been working on getting my children back to me. He has stuck by me threw all of it and has never missed a court date. He always makes sure that I understand anything that I do not understand. He always has words of encouragement for me. I wouldn't ch...ange him for anything in the world. I think that I would have lost my children many years ago. I am so very thankful to him. Anyone who has him is a very lucky person. He is a delight to work with.
