Mr. Ragland represented me in an unusual situation. I was renting a home long term. This attorney made me some big promises when I went into his office, when the check cleared the promises went right down the drain. He would not return my phone calls. His demeanor in court is very scattered and abrasive. He does not seem to understand the rules of courtroom etiquette.
