I hired Andrew Ragland at the recommendation of a family member who is also an attorney. I needed Mr. Ragland to handle the probate of my parents' estate. Everything he said that needed to be done was true. All of the hurdles of probate happened in the amount of time that he described. There was not ...one surprise or disappointment in dealing with him. In fact, I needed him to dismiss a creditor who was acting outside of the rules, he simply did it and it was a non issue. For me, this was a very stressful situation, he told me how the process works and handled it in a way that relieved me of any pressure that I felt at the beginning. This attorney made me some big promises when I went into his office, when the check cleared the promises went right down the drain. He would not return my phone calls. His demeanor in court is very scattered and abrasive. He does not seem to understand the rules of courtroom etiquette. When I complai...ned that I was not happy with his services, he told me to file a complaint with the OSB and slammed the door in my face. Please heed my advice and do not hire Mr. Ragland.
