Underwhelming attorney
I hired this attorney for a personal injury claim and was not impressed with his ability or follow through. I hoped he would pursue my case strongly, but I didn't feel he put much time or effort into it. I would not recommend him.

Not impressed with this attorney
Mr. Sumner did not impress me as having a broad knowledge of the law and I didn't feel he did a very good job in court advancing my case. I felt let down by him after spending a significant amount of money. Caveat emptor.
