Poor ethics
He did a will for me for $2,500- that was plainly useless for me. Claimed my $500- prepayment was lost and therefore too bad for me. He's great at glad-handing and being warm-fuzzy. Beyond that, no thanks.

Client Ethical Communication Methodology
Poor communication with client, myself, final judge decision on referral to allow case to go to trial communicated to myself on answer machine. No inclination or explanation to myself personally on outcome and reasoning, other than stating on answer machine SOL.
