After arresting and injuring the client, the Portland Police charged him with interfering with a police officer and obstruction of governmental administration. Client was found not guilty and acquitted of the charged in Multnomah County Circuit Court where the judge ruled the police officers' entry and search of client's home without a search warrant was unconstitutional.
