I had an emotional and complex case for which I thought there could be no equitable solution. I contacted Mr. DuBoff based on a recommendation from the Oregon Bar. I was at first hesitant to follow through as my previous contact with attorneys had been fairly abysmal. What impressed me most was that he made it clear that he would provide as thorough as possible legal advise, but I would be the one making the decision. To paraphrase, he said "I will do whatever you decide needs to be done, I just want you to understand the law as it applies to your case." In the end, I followed his advise and am delighted with having found the best and most equitable outcome I think the case could have had. I would NEVER hesitate to most strongly recommend Mr. DuBoff as I feel most assured that he would never provide anything but the best possible information and recommendations, no matter the case.
