I first met Leonard Duboff when I published a magazine in Portland. He is a wealth of information relating to potential legal issues facing my industry. He referred me to a couple of reference guides which he authored that I could keep on hand in my office to answer the most relevant questions withou...t needing to hire him. I could have hired him to consult in the proper set up of my publishing business or invest a small amount in these guides.
