Our homeowners association hired Community Association Law Group about two years ago. Our Association has been using Kevin Harker and we are all truly amazed at how responsive he is. Hired Kevin (Community Association Law) to resolve an easement and obtain development permits. He appeared interested and knowledgeable at first, and then the delays started. First it was a three week vacation- which he failed to disclose upon asking if he could start right away. Upon return, little... happened as he was busy. I was then told by his legal admin I would have to pay city of Portland to start development (this was not what we needed to start out with, nor was it correct.). 3 months later he got some easement copies from the city (which I realized I could have done). Next steps to file letters to utilities and neighbors never materialized after another few months, many emails, delays, illness, etc. Kevin also doesn't bother spitting out his chewing tobacco when he meets with you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY (I spent $1700) and have little to show.
